Participants will learn a proper warm-up, pitch grips, be exposed to the concept of tunneling, how to attack and read hitters based on swing type and stance, as well as a full body mechanical focus on efficient and safe movement patterns maximizing efficiency through the kinetic chain.

Participants will learn a proper warm-up, be exposed to varying pitch speeds, multiple arm angles, and pitch types. Learn how to create your flow to better understand to manipulate the kinetic chain.

Sandlot Baseball Camps
Sandlot Camps are currently free until further notice. Just trying to grow this game I love so very much. Camps will be outdoor only and should start popping up mid May.

Kids will learn the basic skills of the game in a no-pressure environment and have an outrageous amount of fun
*Cancellation Policy* any event participation or lesson canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will result in a partial and up to a full charge due to limited availability. Once your spot is reserved, you are locked in; Any cancelations made with more than 24 hours notice, will not be charged, and can expect a full refund if payment was made.
